The new generation Lokotracks feature a low transport height for easy transport on a standard trailer. When equipped with an optional over band magnetic separator and pan feeder below the crusher, units work very well for trouble-free processing of recycled materials containing rebar.
With a capacity range of up to 1,000 stph (900 mtph), Lokotracks are ideal for any single- or multi-stage primary and secondary crushing process. Operating weights are from 60 to 70 tons, and units are powered by an environmentally-friendly Tier III Caterpillar diesel engine, and are built around proven Nordberg C Series jaw crushers and NP Series impact crushers. The C Series crushers are designed for cost-efficient primary reduction of hard and abrasive materials, and are based on modular, non-welded frame construction.
