Warrior screener designed to meet North American requirements

The Powerscreen Warrior is a high-capacity, heavy-duty machine capable of dry screening, three-way splitting and stockpiling a wide variety of materials in the most demanding applications in recycling, aggregates, C&D, compost, topsoil, coal and iron ore applications. Units feature up to 550 tons per hour capacity, set up in about 20 minutes, and can be equipped with punch plates, fingers, bofar bars, ball decks or Z screens.

The design on these new machines includes features specifically requested by North American customers. The screen box can be raised and lowered hydraulically for ease of maintenance, and several sizes of screens and wires can be bolted in easily. By removing the side conveyor, the unit can be converted to a two-way split machine with two products onto the tail conveyor. A heavy-duty horizontal apron feeder is designed for heavier, more rugged applications, and the radial fines conveyor can radial to 180 degrees for greater stockpiling capabilities.

An incline/horizontal belt feed hopper discharges onto the screen box from above so the material drop weight causes it to spread on impact and flow more equally over the screen. Plus, the rear hopper door folds down hydraulically to allow level material feed from the crusher discharge conveyor. Other features include: a grease-filled, two-bearing screen box; hydraulic folding conveyors; hydraulic screen angle adjustment; hydraulic retractable oversize conveyor for ease of mesh change; hydraulic folding hopper sides; screen walkway and access ladder; an engine protection shutdown system; Cat diesel power; and an integrated high-capacity, variable-speed belt feeder.
