IR attachments expands line with new breakers
With an operating weight of 1,102 pounds (500 kilograms) and an operating pressure of 1,881 pounds per square inch (130 bar), the Tramac SC-50 breaker attachment fits carriers from 14,000 to 30,000 pounds (seven to 14 tonnes). Units have an impact energy class of 1,500 foot-pounds, with impact frequencies ranging from 680 to 1,140 blows per minute.
New features on the Tramac SC Series include: two strong retaining pins and locks; easy maintenance; an automatic pressure regulator; and a fully-enclosed, reinforced and dampened cradle that reduces noise and vibrations.
Six models of Ingersoll Rand industrial grapples are also now available for easy and secure handling of a variety of hard-to-handle or bulky, uneven loads in any industrial, recycling or construction environment. The hydraulically-controlled grapples have two independent cylinders that allow the user to grapple odd-shaped objects. Units are easy to operate, and inertia-welded cylinders and hydraulic cushioning provide smooth and consistent clamshell operation.
Four grapple models are available in widths ranging from 60 to 80 inches. There are two grapple forks available in widths of 66 and 78 inches.
