Pulverizer series designed for durability and grip

Pulverizer series designed for durability and grip
Indeco North America recently introduced their newly designed IFP (fixed) and IRP (rotating) line of pulverizers. Using the latest technology and high-grade materials, these units are specifically engineered for higher productivity than previous models, and to withstand higher levels of pressure, wear and abrasion. The innovative design of this series also provides a better grip, making it easier to handle materials.

The shape of the pulverizer jaws were specifically designed to reduce the variation in force required between the start and end of the crushing cycle, leading to greater ef-ficiency, while also reducing working time and stress on the excavator. A regeneration or “speed valve” enables the jaw to be closed more quickly under no-load conditions, shortening cycle times, and helping to increase productivity. The distance between the cutters can also be adjusted so that rebar can be cut more efficiently.

Indeco IFP and IRP pulverizer series are the ideal tools for any demolition or recycling project. The IRP’s ability to rotate a complete 360 degrees makes it easier to carry out demolition jobs under any conditions and ensures that the material is held firmly in the pulverizer’s jaws. Both units are ideal for primary demolition of buildings and secondary demolition of reinforced concrete materials on the ground.

The IFP series is available in three model sizes and fits excavators from 19 to 55 tons. With operating weights ranging from 3,800 to 7,100 pounds, these units are lightweight but still pack a maximum force of up to 655,000 pounds at the cutters. The IRP is also available in three sizes for excavators ranging from 21 to 55 tons. With operating weights from 4,000 to 7,100 pounds, the IRP series provides a maximum force of up to 600,000 pounds at the cutters.
