Shred-Tech introduces suite of new products for paper recycling

The all-new DDS-35 Plant-Base Information Destruction System is designed to handle all document types as well as hard drives, CDs, CD-ROMs, DVDs, off-spec products, X-rays, microfilm, small electronic devices and mobile phones. The DDS-35 features up to seven tons per hour of throughput capacity and produces a high security shred size at the touch of a button, without the need for timely and messy screen change-out.The DDS-35 system will achieve a particle size smaller than a two-inch screen, without dust or risk of fire. Units also feature low noise and operating costs, high energy efficiency, bulk feed metering devices, and are modular for easy expansion.

New shredder trucks: The new Shred-Tech MCS-33T Document Collection vehicle features up to 15,000 pounds legal payload capacity, optional coloured paper separation, and KEITH Walking Floor technology that unloads in under five minutes. These trucks tip 64-, 96- and 175-gallon containers, in multiple tipping locations, and up to three bins at one time in 15 seconds. MCS-33T trucks also feature a compact and efficient vehicle footprint, and patent pending expandable, enclosed and locked bin tipper enclosures.

Also now available from Shred-Tech, the new MDS-35GTI mobile shredder truck features “One Touch” VSS patented high security shredding that eliminates the need for timely and messy screen change-outs. Units feature no dust, are easy to use, and produce a particle size smaller than a two-inch screen. A Universal Bin Lifter on the new MDS-35GTI units features “one step push button” operation and is capable of handling all bin types, including damaged bins. Re-engineered shred compaction on the MDS-35GTI also improves loading and unloading efficiency.
