Samscreen’s new Grizzly Finger Deck (GFD) is designed for applications in landfill reclamation, tire recycling, and any other type of screening where clogging, blinding, or breakage may be an issue. Grizzly Finger Decks feature an innovative finger deck design that utilizes 1.267-inch thick heavy-duty Maxwear forged steel tines, which can easily withstand heavy impact and abrasion.
The GFD has an adjustable cross-section pitch, which easily allows for increased or decreased material feed, and uses a step-deck design, which allows material to cascade from one cross section to the next, resulting in increased screening effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, incorporated within the step-deck design, is a polyurethane shock absorption system, which allows for increased screening action and wear life.
The GFD can be custom manufactured to user specifications within one week, and units are compatible with almost all machines currently on the market.
