Labrie trucks now offered with Hallco live floors
Designed as a safer and easier way to unload on unpacked ground, the new Full-Eject Hall-co Live Floor feature is available for use with both Right-Hand and Versa Hand automated lifting arms from Labrie. The new live floor feature allows unloading in reduced low-height areas, while offering an efficient packer design.
Units use single stage cylinders which are more efficient than telescopic, especially for residential collection, according to the company. The Hallco Live Floor will run only one or two times per day compared to a packer that runs two to 3,000 times per day Units also run cooler – no oil is dumped in the tank during the retraction cycle. For increased safety, these trucks use an existing design that features a central hoist position. Plus, units are flexible so that there are no problems with height at transfer stations or incinerators.
