RM100 compact plants achieve 200 tons per hour

With the recent introduction of the RM100, RUBBLE MASTER’s line of compact re-cyclers now includes four models. Units use water-cooled diesel engines, impact crushing units with two or four hammers, and are designed to produce cubic high quality grain from rubble, asphalt and concrete. The new 28 tonne model RM100 includes a newly developed vibro channel which enables maximum conveying capacity with all materials, optimized by a second generation RUBBLE MASTER “Feed Control System”. Material flow through the crusher is extremely smooth and stable, even with large quantities of reinforcing steel. If, however, pieces that are too big do enter the crusher chamber, a “Release System” removes any blockages immediately at the press of a button on the remote control unit. Key features of the RM100 units include: high throughput up to 200 t/h depending on material; a selectable final grain, from coarse to fine using speed control; a magnetic separator that ensures that any steel is completely removed; travel andcrusher mode, remote control functions; easy servicing; low fuel consumption; low noise and dust; and all machine components are specifically geared for heavy-duty recycling applications. Other models recently introduced by Rubble Master include the award-winning RM70 and RM80 models, with weights of 21 and 23 tonnes, and throughputs of 120 and 150 tons per hour, respectively. The 12-tonne hook-lift mobile RM60 is the smallest in the line with 50 to 80 t/h production depending on the material.
