Metso recently introduced their new line of mobile plants for primary crushing
The latest Lokotrak models include the LT1315, LT1415 and the LT3054. These new models are designed to combine high crushing capacity, a broad range of process options, high mobility and user-friendly operation.
The Lokotrak LT1315 (shown) is designed for constant high capacity crushing and features a low transport height for easy movement on a standard trailer. When equipped with an optional overband magnetic separator and pan feeder below the crusher, operators can achieve trouble-free processing of recycled materials containing rebar. Units are also designed with high levels of operator-friendliness and the latest dust and noise reduction options.
Both the LT1315 and LT1415 models feature a capacity range of +600tph, quick setup, and are ideal for medium hard rock types like limestone as well as all rock-based recycled materials. These units are built around powerful, proven Nordberg impact crushers with large feed openings that avoid bridging, unique triple-wedge hammer retention systems for simple and quick locking of wedges, and heavy-duty construction for a long and reliable service life.
Other key features of these units include: a range of feeder and other options for application versatility; one-button process start-up; a complete crushing process control and fault diagnostics system, incorporating a new IC700 intelligent controller; modular design; and easy service and hammer changes.
