Grindzilla represents a new class of extremely mobile grinders, designed for, ease of operation and efficiency, and ideal for applications ranging from C&D, to wood waste pallets, to plastics. Grindzilla it is built onto a truck chassis, fully enclosed, and requires no dust suppression. Units remove 100 percent of ferrous metals, utilize a low speed (less than 100 rpms) with high torque, which results in a very quiet machine. Multiple screen sizes are available, and units feature an on-board computer for single person operation, and a ten yard hopper (approximate) on the back to drop mulch back on-site or to haul away for use in a range of applications such as erosion control, landscape mulch, walking paths, animal bedding, and biomass fuel. Grindzilla gypsum maybe used in the production of Portland cement, as a soil or composting amendment, as flea powder, as oil absorption, or as new drywall. Nails extracted during the grinding process can also be recycled, and units are capable of grinding plastics like automobile bumpers, PET bottles, and drums.
