Compact non-ferrous baler

The HV series Extreme Duty single ram baler was built for reliable non-ferrous baling, and it was built around a simple idea – not all non-ferrous recyclers benefit from the extra speed, cost and maintenance of a two ram auto tie baler. For those recyclers, Excel built this affordable, compact but serious 40,000-pound work horse. The HV boasts an interlocked chassis of 3/4-inch and one-inch plate steel, further strengthened by replaceable Hardox liners. Heavy-duty construction is combined with the single button operation of a patented severe-duty vertical lifting hydraulic door, a 10-inch cylinder with 1-1/2-inch thick wall and a host of other Excel advantages. The HV series is an extreme-duty single ram baler designed for year after year of reliable non-ferrous baling.
