Feed conveyors

Bunting’s Heavy-Duty Grinder/ Shredder Feed Conveyors are designed to catch both ferrous and non-ferrous metal contaminants in conveyed material before they damage grinding/shredding equipment or ruin product. Units combine an option-rich conveyor with three different metal detector styles to sense conductive metals, and feature self-diagnostics for reliable operation. Units come with heavy-duty channel supports for higher discharge elevations, and offer reliable protection in a variety of recycle applications including plastics and rubber.

Grinder/Shredder Feed Conveyors come in a convenient range of standard lengths, and are available with belt widths from 12 to 60 inches. Additional belt colours and styles are available on request, as well as six-inch-high side guards with wipers.
