Shear cleaning system
US Shredders “Clean and Stack” Shear Cleaning System includes a heavy duty vibratory pan feeder, conveyors and a radial stacker for cleaning prepared scrap produced from a shear. The system is designed with a heavier frame and low maintenance, and uses a special vibratory cleaning feeder to remove dirt immediately following the shearing process.
Also recently available, the Clear-View Infrared Shredder Camera System is a high quality process that allows a shredder operator to have a “clear view” of the infeed chute by cutting through the steam and smoke generated from shredding scrap. The system features a “tighter” viewing area than traditional makes which allow more concentration of the desired viewing area. The location of the camera gives the operator a perspective similar to his own.
The Clear-View Infrared Shredder Camera System comes complete with protective casing, camera, LCD monitor and all cables and connections needed. Installation is a simple process, or can be provided upon request.
