Vibratory conveyors
VMC Series electromagnetic conveyors are simple two-mass vibratory units with a variable voltage control that allows a “watch-like” precision of the feed rate.
These rugged, high-capacity conveyors are ideal for the plastics industry and a variety of other applications, and are available with standard tray sizes ranging from 18 to 48 inches wide (457 to 1,219mm) by five to 20 feet long (1.5 to 6m). Depending on the intended use, tray liners of abrasion-resistant steel, stainless steel, polyethylene, rubber and other materials are available.
Eriez’ VMC Conveyors may also be supplied with an Eriez Metalarm VC Metal Detector integral with the vibrating tray, which allows product transport, as well as metal contaminant protection in one compact unit.
