Debaling system
This automatic debaling system is designed to “de-densify” and meter baled materials with or without size reduction. Through debaling prior to further processing, users can reduce labour and increase throughput compared to manual separation.
Five shafts with specialized separation discs can be configured in a wide variety of settings to accomplish different material outputs for such uses as reducing bulk feeding of bales to pulpers or shredders, allowing inspection of material for tramp metals and other contaminants, and for providing a more constant stream of material.
The base system includes an infeed conveyor, automatic debaler, take-away conveyor, and all necessary chutes, hoppers, and transitions. Options are available.
