The Lokotrack LT1110 track-mounted crushing plant with impact crusher is designed to combine high capacity, large feed size and compact transport dimensions. Units are ideally suited for crushing medium hard stone such as limestone and all mineral-based demolition materials, such as bricks, asphalt and concrete. Crushing capacities are up to 300 mtph (330 stph).
The Lokotrack LT1110 is built around a Nordberg NP1110M impact crusher, which is specially designed for mobile applications, and utilizes a large feed opening and robust construction for long lasting, reliable operation. These plants feature the intelligent IC500 system which controls and adjusts all key parameters in the process for optimum crushing results, and provides online information about what is happening at various stages. The LT1110 is based on a modular design in which the crusher, conveyor and Cat engine are separate elements, which allows for easier maintenance and better noise insulation. An LT110S model is also available and includes a detachable Nordberg TK11-30S screen.
