Hammer mill

The 2-Stage Reduction Swing Hammer Mill is designed for pulverizing, crushing and disintegrating rendering byproducts, wood, chemicals, minerals, garbage, fertilizer, aggregate materials, grain and more at a lower cost per ton. Materials in this unit are disintegrated/shattered by the revolving hammers upon entry and are further reduced by the force of impact against the heavy breaker plates in the cover. Very little sizing of materials is needed afterwards.

Different types of hammers are available, depending on the type of material. Many of the hammers are reversible and offer four wearing surfaces to increase service life and to help lower operational cost.
