The new 1100 x 650 Terex Pegson XA400 tracked crushing plant features the “M” Series single-toggle jaw with a hydraulic adjust system that lets users quickly change the machine setting with no drawback rod adjustment. Units feature up to 400 tph, very low fuel consumption, a hydraulic folding feed hopper for easy setup, excellent under-crusher access with an under-screen feeder option, and a Caterpillar C9 powerpack. Units will handle large feed due to an aggressive, high swing jaw.
Some other key features include: product conveyor discharge height of 13 feet; a conveyor that lowers hydraulically for transport; a cantilever vibrating grizzly spring-mounted vibrating pan; a gear coupled at the drive end; dust suppression sprays; CE and ANSI wire mesh or sheet metal guards on all drives, flywheels, pulleys and couplings; a PLC Can-bus control system for feeder start/stop/speed, product conveyor control and crusher adjustment; supertooth jaws; side/dirt conveyor; overband magnetic separator; and radio remote control.
