Purpose-built carriers

For rough terrain

Purpose-built carriers
The purpose-built Link-Belt 600 LX MH utilizes a high-wide X-pattern undercarriage and over sized heavy-duty carbody to improve stability by distributing weight evenly. Plus, the undercarriage is integrally welded for maximum power and durability on rough terrain. Built-in turntable bearings are designed to withstand torsional stresses encountered in heavy loading and high-duty cycle operations, providing exceptional strength and durability.

600 LX MH operator features include an extremely large cab entered via a standard catwalk, six fluid-filled mountings that reduce operator fatigue and a durable FOPS-rated cab built to minimize damage from falling objects. Operators can choose from various work modes including Auto-Mode – which Inte-LX uses to maximize power and fuel efficiency – Heavy-Mode, Standard-Mode, and Attachment-Mode. Units also include single-pedal travel that provides consistent straight-line travel for narrow work environments.

The 600 LX MH has a powerful swing torque of 110,710 ft-lbs, electronic engine control with ECU and electronic governor, and Inte-LX, which maintains the engine rpm’s when load demands change, providing faster hydraulic response for increased productivity. EEC also results in better fuel efficiency than mechanically-governed engines, as well as lower, cleaner emissions, low sound levels and low vibration. Additional key features include: Nephron hydraulic oil filtration; auto engine warmup and idle start features that gradually increase engine rpm to minimize wear-and-tear on the engine; and standard anti-theft equipment.
