XCP1 Series Pulverizers are a complete line of heavy duty concrete pulverizers for excavators from 10 to 110 metric tons. Applications include crushing pre-cast concrete or cast-in place concrete, and asphalt. Units are custom fabricated with 120,000 psi quenched and tempered steel plate, hardened pins and aluminium bronze bushings throughout.
Features include simple installation (units pin on in place of a normal bucket and the back brace welds to the underside of the dipper stick); simple, safe, very quiet operation; no extra hoses or valves required. These units will recover recyclable materials from steel reinforced concrete.
The 7CP19D “Digital” Pulverizer (shown) is a fourth generation design and features super strong construction, replaceable crushing jaws, a replaceable ripper tooth and an adjustable four-position ripper shank.
Weights are from 885 kg (1,950 pounds) to 6,680 kg (14,675 pounds) and jaw configurations are 3/4 or 4/5. Maximum openings are from 533 mm (21 inches) to 1,473 mm (58 inches).
