De-densifies and metres
This system is designed to “de-densify” and meter baled materials with or without size reduction as required by the customer’s application. Through debaling prior to further processing, you can reduce manpower and increase throughput over manual means of separation.
The five shafts with specialized separation discs can be configured in a wide variety of settings to accomplish different material outputs for such uses as reducing bulk feeding of bales to pulpers or shredders, allowing inspection of material for tramp metals and other contaminants, and provide a more constant stream of material.
The base system includes an infeed conveyor, automatic debaler, take-away conveyor, and all necessary chutes, hoppers, and transitions. Options are available.
