Introduced at this year’s Waste Expo, these UL / CUL listed industrial trash compactors are designed in compliance with A.N.S.I. (American National Standards Institute), UL (Underwriters Laboratory) and CUL (Canadian Underwriters Laboratory).
Why the UL? According to Seth Weingarten, Vice President of Compaction Products, it represents a set of standards which must be complied with in design, manufacture, and procedure. The standards are rigidly enforced by surprise inspections and maintained by qualified certification laboratories. “Every Wastequip Accurate component, panel box and standard compactor are UL / CUL listed,” states Weingarten. “We are committed to customer satisfaction and producing high quality and safety compliant equipment.” Wastequip Accurate also provides no-charge professional A.N.S.I. training seminars to enhance the Hauler’s understanding of the safety requirements.
