SHREDDER SYSTEM

Metso Texas Shredder is scheduled to supply a state-of-the-art complete 122/ 108 Heavy Shredder System to Pacific Coast Recycling in Etiwanda California. The Shredder is to be supplied for PCR’s Etiwanda scrap recycling facility and is scheduled for completion the first quarter of 2007.
The California delivery comprises a 122/108 Heavy Service Damp Shredding System with a 7,000 hp motor and complete ferrous and nonferrous downstreams. This shredder will have the capability of processing in excess of 300 tons of shredded scrap per hour. With the sale of the PCR shredder, Metso Texas Shredder, Inc. now has six super-shredder plants and six smaller shredder plants in various stages of production.
Pacific Coast Recycling purchases, processes and sells ferrous and nonferrous metals in both the domestic and international markets. In addition to its export facility and headquarters in the Port of Long Beach, it operates six branches throughout Southern California.
