The new Terex Pegson 1165 HR “M” single-toggle jaw crusher features hydraulic overload protection and hydraulic setting adjustment. The unique hydraulic release is designed to open automatically on overload, such as if a large piece of steel enters the crushing chamber. In addition, the 1165 HR offers maximum seal life and crushing efficiency, high output and excellent reduction capacity, exceptional fuel economy, a very aggressive crushing action, even stress distribution, simple blockage clearance, and a high-swing jaw that reduces the risk of blockages. Units are ideal for recycling applications and medium-hard stone.

The 1165 HR “M” is built on a heavy-duty I-beam chassis and track frame. Dust suppression sprays are fitted as standard, and units include a hydraulic folding Hardox feed hopper. Power is supplied by a Caterpillar C-9.
