Closed circuit system
The 400 Series Cone-It plant operates as part of CEC’s popular Cone-It/Screen-It Closed Circuit Plant system. Two sizes are available including the 400 Series cone, and the 450 Series cone for higher tonnage output. With its engine driven hydraulics, the Cone-It features hydraulic cone adjustment and hydraulic cone clearing. The 400 Series Cone-It also has a host of optional features to customize the plant for specific crushing needs. Units run in conjunction with the portable CEC three deck 5x12 or 6x16 Screen-It. Plants set up quickly, generally in two hours, and can provide finished products in large volumes.
