Screen Machine’s Crushing Division recently announced the introduction of their latest offering in tracked portable crushing plants. The heavy-duty 4043T Impact Crusher features standard Caterpillar tracks with high speed travel and a Caterpillar C-9 300 hp engine, 40-inch by 43-inch Horizontal Impact Crusher, 43-inch by 32-inch feed Inlet opening, and fully remote controlled operation.
Other key features include: a unique split housing design that allows for blockage clearance during operation and ease of maintenance; a housing that is lined with replaceable and interchangeable hardenedalloy sideliners; a four bar, 40-inch diameter rotor with one piece shaft design and variable speed; single piece blowbars that incorporate a one piece wedge locking shoe; three stage crushing that utilizes two interchangeable and replaceable anvils; and one fixed anvil and a hydraulic clutch to prevent costly downtime.
Also recently available, the SPYDER 516T tracked, portable screening plant is capable of screening four different sizes of material (with optional grizzly) simultaneously with the ease of wireless remote control movement and operation. The SPYDER 516T efficiently screens concrete, aggregates, soil and asphalt, and it pairs up perfectly with the 4043T Impact Crusher (as shown above).
