BR380JG-1 crushers offer high performance in a simple, easy-to-maintain design, and with high commonality of parts with other Komatsu equipment for excellent parts availability. These units are designed for mobile crushing applications including demolition, highway construction, quarry and excavation work, and will produce high quality aggregate that is suitable for use or sale. Komatsu is the only OEM to offer a fully hydraulic drive-system crusher, according to the company. Plus, a highly mobile track system makes the crusher easier to relocate and reduces costs associated with trucking and waste disposal.
The BR380JG-1 is built on the same X-frame undercarriage as Komatsu’s PC220 hydraulic excavator, which is designed to minimize distortion and twisting of outer track frames for improved stability and control. Units also include the patented HydrauMind hydraulic system designed for exceptional power and control of load-handling forces, and a vibratory Grizzly feeder that vibrates at an accelerated speed so material is separated and fed evenly into the jaw. Capacity is from 52 to 460 U.S. tons per hour.
