The new 821 M rubber-tired material handler and the 821 R track-mounted material handler are designed for scrap recycling yards, logging yards and for waste transfer stations, with a choice of wheels or tracks. “With operating weights under 55,000 pounds, the 821 M and 821 R are highly efficient units that provide excellent ma-noeuvrability in confined work spaces,” explains Constantino Lannes, President of SENNEBOGEN North America.
The 821 M and 821 R are designed for simple, computer-free operation and feature extremely high lift-to-weight performance. Plus, 821 Series material handlers are the first SENNEBOGEN machines in North America to be powered by John Deere engines as standard equipment.
Additional design features of the new 821 M and 821 R machines include: a computer-free, energy-saving, load-sensing, advanced hydraulic system; a hydraulic cab that rises using two lift cylinders for enhanced stability; ergonomic design for increased operator comfort; a 13 KW generator that is driven off the front of the engine; an improved noise reduction system; ground level centralized pressure test ports for troubleshooting of all working functions, as well as a central lubrication system; and a hydraulically driven radiator that has a reversible feature to clean out debris and which improves the overall cooling efficiency of the engine.
