The new Model 58 SLS 58-inch diameter electro-lifting magnet was recently added to Ohio Magnetics’ SUPER LOADSTAR Magnet Series.
“The new Model 58 SLS - SUPER LOADSTAR provides improved lifting capability, and our customer field trials on this new model have exceeded our expectations on performance,” said Ken Richendollar, Sales & Marketing Manager for Ohio Magnetics, Inc. “Based upon the excellent performance reviews that we received from our test customers during the field trials of the new 58 SLS, we are very excited about offering this new model to general industry and the 1,300 plus members of the National Association Supply Co-Operative.” The 58 SLS- SUPER LOADSTAR features a solid cast case construction, and offers a deep field design, greater lifting capacity than other existing size magnets, increased duty-cycle for enhanced magnetic operation and it provides for a cooler operating temperature for extended service life. Technical specs for the new model include: cold Amps @230 Volts - 56, a KW-13 Generator, and a magnet weight of 4,900 pounds.
