Multiprocessor

Light, durable attachments

Multiprocessor
Introduced at Intermat earlier this year, Rammer RD 19 and RD 25 multiprocessor attachments are designed for versatility and offer maximum crushing forces of 1,350 and 1,600 kN. Units are designed for carriers in the 16 to 25 tonne and 22 to 35 tonne operating weight classes, and are built to be as light and durable as possible. Units have maximum operating weights of 2,350 and 2,790 kg respectively in pulverizer configuration, yet offer maximum cutting forces of 2,800 and 3,300 kN.

The new units also feature a wider, more robust body for improved efficiency and greater durability, and wear-resistance is enhanced by the addition of a new, fully-enclosed hydraulic cylinder and shorter hoses.

Interchangeable jaw sets on RD 19 and RD 25 multiprocessor attachments allow both models to be used in a wide variety of applications including steel cutting and concrete and timber crushing. Crushing teeth are locked into place mechanically for simple, fast replacement, while curved cutting blades set deep in the throat of the jaws prevents the ingress of concrete, minimizing blade wear and extending blade life. Units also feature enlarged hydraulics that reduce the risk of overheating, short cycle times and increased wear-resistance.
