Automobile recycling is extremely tough on equipment. The KEITH WALKING FLOOR V-Floor unloader is designed specifically for handling highly abrasive materials, such as auto scrap, auto fluff and whole automobiles. The horizontal unloading ability of the V-Floor system enables stacked autos to be unloaded with minimal assistance.
With floor slats constructed of Hi-Wear steel, the V-Floor unloading system is specially designed to handle maximum duty loads. The ridges of the unique “V”-shaped floor slats absorb load impact and abrasion. Like all WALKING FLOOR systems, the V-Floor unloader is low maintenance and easy to operate.
Trailers equipped with a KEITH WALKING FLOOR system offer haulers the option of unloading at a wide variety of locations. Trailers require no tipping and can unload indoors and on uneven ground.
The foundation of all WALKING FLOOR systems is a series of hydraulically powered floor slats, which run the length of the trailer. As each slat moves under the load, the material is unloaded. Both stationary and mobile systems are available.
