USA Breakers & Attachments, LLC is the newest player in the industry. The Concrete Crusher & Concrete Pulverizer Series (shown here top) offers 13 various models all with full 360° rotation, twin cylinders with extremely large crushing forces, and with strengthened bodies, large crushing cylinders and Hardox tips for extended wear-resistance.

Grapples from USA Breakers & Attachments LLC include a mechanical contractors grapple, demolition and sorting grapples, and 4- and 5-tine scrap grapples. The Mechanical Contractors Grapple features a heavy-duty re-enforced box design with T1 wear resistant steel on all working areas and Hardox tips on the tine ends. These units were specifically designed to meet and exceed the needs of demolition, scrap handling, and waste and rock handling applications. Premium grapples, with a superior box strengthened on each tine are built to last in the most severe demolition, garbage and rock applications. Seven models are available to adapt to excavators from 35-85 Tons.  

USA Breakers' Demolition & Sorting Grapples feature 360 degree full rotation and are meant for precise operation and control. These units can selectively crush and sort out specific materials with hand-like precision, tear down a building, and selectively sort out materials from rubble, including plastic, glass, wood, steel, pipes, wire, rebar, PVC, copper, conduit, drywall, and carpet. Seven models are available, for mounting on excavators from 5 to 50 Tons.  

The company's Scrap 4 & 5 Tine Grapples are durable, heavy-duty units built to work in extreme conditions, with fully protected internal cylinders for maintenance-free operation. Units feature two-wall construction utilizing Hardox Steel for wear resistance and extended life, a low profile design for better working conditions, lower maintenance and superior quality, and universal mounting for multi-machine operation. Ten models are available for mounting on to carriers from 10 to 45 Tons.  

Finally, USA Breakers & Attachments, LLC brings to the demolition industry one of the largest offerings of hydraulic breakers, hammers and large demolition attachments offered to date, according to the company. An extensive line of 33 models of hydraulic breakers and 27 various Ft. Lb. classes is available, from 250 ft. lbs for mini excavators and skid steers, up through a 13,000 ft. lb. breaker for an 80 ton excavator. A full line of gas charged breakers is available, as well as a full line of fully hydraulic breakers where no nitrogen gas is directly in contact within the piston chamber.   

All USA Breakers feature fully silenced box designs, which eliminates "old style" high-maintenance side plate designs. The box design lowers maintenance costs, distributes less recoil to the excavator and lowers the sound levels in the breakers, making them popular for city work.
