VIDEO: Industrial Disposal Services brings TOMMYcart disposal system to sites across the East Coast

The Washington, D.C.-based hauling provider selected the TOMMYcart System to improve safe debris hauling and recycling rates

Industrial Disposal Services/Broad Run Recycling has officially brought Burns' TOMMYcart System to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Richard S. Burns & Co.

Burns Services' TOMMYcart System is being rolled out across the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area through a partnership with Industrial Disposal Services/Broad Run Recycling, a Virginia-based provider focused on mixed construction material hauling and recycling services. The collaboration reflects the growing need on construction sites to make disposal and recycling cleaner and safer.

Designed specifically for dense, active job sites, TOMMYcart is a manoeuvrable debris collection system that enables contractors to move materials directly from work areas to centralized collection points, improving safety, efficiency, and recycling outcomes.

The system is gaining traction across the U.S., popping up on high-value projects like the new home of the Tennessee Titans and Morgan Wallen's This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen, as well as the historic Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia, one of the largest adaptive reuse projects in the U.S.
