E360S acquires Marcotte Disposal and Transco Recycling
Marcotte Disposal offers residential curbside collection, front-end and roll-off dumpster, and waste transfer services across Ontario and Michigan
As part of a larger effort to expand its capacity and operations, Environmental 360 Solutions (E360S) has acquired Marcotte Disposal Co., Marcotte Disposal Inc., and Transco Recycling Inc., operating in the Greater Sarnia, Ontario, and Port Huron, Michigan regions. Marcotte Disposal and Transco Recycling provide residential curbside collection, front-end and roll-off dumpster, and waste transfer services.
A family business growing strategically
Marcotte Disposal was acquired by Charlie Kaplin in 1993 and has been run by the family since. Today, Charlie's daughter, Tracey Kaplin, runs the company and has continuously expanded operations with the support of the company's President, Michael Griffin.
