Reconomy continues to expand waste management services in North America
This latest transaction is Reconomy's ninth in North America and reinforces its strategic priorities of delivering superior earnings growth by scaling its platform across large, structurally attractive growth markets. This acquisition brings new capabilities to Lincoln, its core brand in the region. With linear resource chains, low recycling rates, and a heavy reliance on landfill and incineration, the U.S. offers significant long-term opportunities for circular economy solutions.
