Alamo to acquire grapple loader manufacturer Petersen Industries

Petersen Industries, Inc. confirms that we have entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Alamo Group Inc., an industrial and vegetation management equipment provider. Alamo Group anticipates completing the transaction during the first quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions. Upon completion of the acquisition, Petersen Industries will become part of Alamo Group's Industrial Equipment Division.

Petersen Industries will continue operating as usual service and support for knuckleboom loaders, grapple trucks, and grapple loaders.
