"In Ohio and communities across America, plastic is being recycled every day—and Advanced Drainage Systems is leading the way," said Matt Seaholm, president and CEO of the Plastics Industry Association. "Our Recycling Is Real campaign showcases the hardworking people behind recycling and the investments in innovation our industry is making to increase recycling rates. These new videos send a clear message to the public and policymakers alike: plastic recycling is real, it works, and it's essential to a more circular and resilient economy."
"Our commitment to sustainability starts with how we manufacture our products," said Kristen Rinehart, vice president and general manager of Recycling at Advanced Drainage Systems. "As one of the largest plastics recyclers in North America, we recycle over half a billion pounds of plastic annually, giving new life to materials that might otherwise go to waste. It's a responsibility we take seriously, and one our people deliver on every day."
