The NxtCut WING is designed for small to mid-sized scrap yards handling constantly changing material flows

LINDEMANN's NxtCut WING is an enhanced new presswing shear designed to deliver flexibility, high throughput, and intelligent performance for today's demanding scrap operations.
With a strong welded frame, selectable cutting force of 800 or 1,000 tons, and available bed length of 6.2 or 8 metres, the NxtCut WING is engineered for performance under pressure, ideally suited for small- to mid-sized facilities with changing material flows.

- Wing-type compression system for maximum throughput (up to 38 t/h)
- LINDEMANN 400-bar hydraulic system for highest efficiency and minimal oil use
- Overstroke function for optimized material compaction

The NxtCut WING also features automatic cutting modes for different scrap types, real-time system monitoring through integrated linear and laser sensors, and a wireless remote control with display for intuitive, safe operation.
