Fuchs' next-generation material handler line features improved digital integration for controlled work
The MHL340 and MHL350, the first models in the new G–series, give operators more precise control
Fuchs has released its debut models in its new G-series for material handling equipment: the MHL340 and MHL350. These models bring operator-focused innovation to market, combining efficiency and digital integration.
New digital and efficiency features on the G-series material handlers
The G-series introduces a new display interface to Fuchs material handling equipment, offering a live view of the work area and intuitive workflows. The display lets operators control sensitivity, speed, and joystick configurations to suit personal preferences, providing a smooth and controlled handling experience.
The optional ‘Virtual Wall' enables operators to set height and reach limits directly via a display monitor, enhancing precision and safety in sensitive environments. Safety is further supported by a high-definition camera system with optional AI-based person detection, providing all-around visibility and real-time awareness on the job site. Additional support is easily accessed by scannable QR codes on the machine, which deliver mobile-accessible operating instructions and troubleshooting tips, accessible from any smartphone.
Both models offer increased load capacities, allowing faster, more productive work cycles in demanding applications. The MHL350 G has been further enhanced with an extended reach of up to 17 metres (55 feet 9 inches), providing operators more coverage with less repositioning.
To assist return on investment, Fuchs has an upgraded digital platform that includes an enhanced web and smartphone app, enabling real-time telemetry, maintenance tracking, and performance analytics. New service packages, based on actual machine hours, offer full transparency and predictable maintenance costs through early detection of anomalies to help reduce downtime and extend machine lifespan.
