Partnership between CMI and Hollywood North combines processing and reuse expertise to streamline ELV recovery
The collaboration will enhance service offerings across the automotive recycling landscape

Combined Metal Industries (CMI) and Hollywood North Auto Parts have entered into a strategic partnership to collaborate in the end-of-life vehicle (ELV) sector as automotive parts dealers and recyclers.
This partnership brings together two industry experts with complementary strengths, focused on creating a more efficient, sustainable, and environmentally responsible approach to vehicle retirement and material recovery.
The partnership aims to improve value across the vehicle recycling chain by combining CMI's experience in metal processing and logistics with Hollywood North Auto Parts' extensive history in dismantling and parts reuse.
"We are excited to work alongside Hollywood North Auto Parts to build a more integrated and forward-thinking ELV program," said Gary Kaplan, CEO of CMI. "This collaboration supports our long-term vision of promoting a circular economy while enhancing our service offerings across the automotive recycling landscape."
"Partnering with CMI allows us to scale our impact and improve efficiencies in how we recover and repurpose materials from end-of-life vehicles," said Jordan Waxman, CEO of Hollywood North Auto Parts. "We look forward to driving innovation and sustainability in this space together."
