New SENNEBOGEN telehandler brings 50% faster work speeds to recycling facilities

Designed for the recycling sector, the 6-ton SENNEBOGEN 360 G telehandler belongs to the all-new G series and builds on the success of the 5.5-ton 355 E telehandler. The redesigned comfort cab features a refined operating concept, and the work function speeds are improved by up to 50 percent, resulting in an overall improved work flow. 

This telescopic handler with a 6-ton load capacity and Z-kinematics power transmission combines the advantages of telehandler and wheel loader technology. Steel construction and the compact design measures 5.79 metres long and 2.55 metres wide with a stacking height of 8.5 metres. The entire operating weight is 12.5 tons with a wheelbase of 3.31 metres and a low centre of gravity, which helps the machine stand securely on a smaller frame. 

The telehandler is equipped with a heavy-duty axle as standard, suitable for moving heavy loads, while the design of the boom ensures that the body can absorb the force of shifting weight. The working hydraulics and delay-free signal processing between the joystick and main control block guarantees the precise operation of all hydraulic functions for shorter cycle times and better handling performance. Equipped for a wide range of applications, the auxiliary hydraulics have a flow rate of up to 180 litres per minute and are included as standard for the quick connection of attachments.

The 360 G telehandler is equipped with a 123-kW Stage V diesel engine. The traction drive is constantly supplied with power from the coordinated diesel engine and hydraulic pump unit. 

Due to the intelligent control system, the drive motor automatically ensures the system's optimum speed setting. At maximum driving speed, the engine speed is reduced automatically, which ensures the best driving dynamics and economical consumption. Plus, the machine automatically operates at a high torque when tackling a gradient or picking up heavy materials. 

Comfort cab with a new operating concept

The new cab of the SENNEBOGEN 360 G enables more comfortable work due to an operating concept that adapts to each individual operator. A central touch display replaces conventional toggle switches and allows intuitive settings according to personal preferences. 

The visibility and ergonomically arranged swinging controls ensure an optimal working environment. Numerous storage options and air conditioning come standard.

The standard cab elevation with a viewing height of 4.25 metres is a unique feature of SENNEBOGEN telehandlers. The elevation gives the driver the best possible view when loading containers or trucks. In addition, the large windows without a B-pillar ensure increased safety when working and maneuvering as the driver has a 360-degree all-round view and clear visibility of all four tires from the large windows and the elevated seat position.   

A wide range of attachments, from buckets to hydraulic or mechanical pallet forks, can be operated at the touch of a button. The side panel opens directly to the engine compartment, allowing easy access to all machine components.
