Bunting has appointed Tony Rampino as its new director of sales for the Americas and Mark Friesen as its new global marketing director.

Tony Rampino has over 20 years of experience in equipment sales across the food, pharma, plastics, chemical, recycling, and automation industries. He has joined Bunting as its new director of sales for the Americas. Tony spent his last 13 years in leadership roles overseeing sales and marketing departments working with all levels of an organization, partnering with finance, manufacturing, and service to ensure strong teamwork and user relations.

Tony previously worked for Bunting Magnetics from 2002 through 2008 as a territory manager for the states of Illinois and Wisconsin. In his new role, Tony will be working closely with Bunting's extensive network of territory managers, inside sales, and customer service personnel to offer user-focused solutions where magnetic separation, metal detection, metal sorting and recycling, and custom conveying can solve problems.

"Knowing what works and what doesn't work is key to solving the most challenging applications in today's processing and recycling industries," said Tony. "That's where the experience of Bunting comes into play. Bunting has been solving customer challenges through the use of magnetic technology and related equipment since 1959."

Tony is based in the Chicago area.

Mark Friesen has joined Bunting as its incoming global marketing director to fill the position held by Michael Wilks who will be retiring in March 2024. Mark and Michael will have dual roles in the marketing position as Mark gets up to speed on Bunting's extensive array of products and markets. Bunting designs and manufactures products for the plastics, powder and bulk solids, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, recycling, material handling, mining, electric motor manufacturing, medical equipment, aviation, aerospace, and consumer goods industries.

Mark is joining Bunting with a background in manufactured products marketing to the powder and bulk solids, plastics, and lawn and turf equipment industries. He will be based in the company's Newton, Kansas headquarters and manufacturing facility.

Michael Wilks is retiring from his position at the end of March 2024 after a 23-year career with Bunting that has included positions as the global marketing director, sales director, general manager, and product manager of Printing Products.
