Waste Robotics appoints Luis Martins as vice president of sales and marketing

Waste Robotics has appointed Luis Martins as vice president of sales and marketing, bringing with him a wealth of expertise and an extensive track record in the field of waste management. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, Lou has spent his career working to optimize processing in the recycling industry. 

A mechanical engineer by training, Lou's career has been marked by his ability to design turnkey processing plants for recyclers spanning various industry segments, including construction and demolition (C&D), metals, municipal solid waste (MSW), single stream, commercial waste, and waste to fuel. He takes pride in consistently challenging the status quo while raising the bar for efficiency and sustainability within the industry. 

Lou's journey in the waste management sector is characterized by his commitment to driving change. He has a track record of collaborating with manufacturers and contributing to the development and implementation of cutting-edge recycling solutions.
