Accent's new compact rotary wire tier designed to lower cost for two-ram baler operations

Accent Wire Tie has introduced the Accent R400 Wire Tier. The company also recently acquired Cavert Wire Company, a major manufacturer of baling wire, which according to Accent, forms North America's largest and most strategic supplier for all baling wire products and bale packaging equipment.

The Accent R400 Wire Tier is next-generation rotary tier technology designed to deliver unparalleled performance for recycling and waste facilities. It is engineered to be installed or retrofitted on two-ram balers.

High efficiency 4-twist knot: 

The Accent R400 knotter performs a non-reciprocating 4-twist rotary knotting sequence, enabling operators to utilize a less costly, finer gauge baling wire without sacrificing safe operation and transport.

Lower operating costs

Engineered for less maintenance, with fewer moving parts and time saving quick-change patented removable parts cartridge.

Compact design

The R400 is designed with a smaller footprint to accommodate different baler design obstacles for tier placement.

Acquisition creates largest supplier of baling wire and packaging 

July 1, Accent Wire Tie announced the acquisition of Cavert Wire Company, North America's largest manufacturer of baling wire. Cavert was founded in 1910 and is based in Rural Hall, North Carolina.
