Enviroquip acquires Pendpac

Enviroquip, LLC announced in mid-2011 the acquisition of Pendpac, Inc., a major manufacturer of automated side loader and front loader refuse truck bodies, compactors and leaf collectors.  

Enviroquip is an established designer and builder of refuse containers, compactors, roll-off trucks and trailers with headquarters in Ontario, California, and manufacturing facilities in Sonora, Mexico.  

According to the company, Pendpac is a recognized innovator and cutting edge developer of premium refuse truck bodies. The company’s innovations include pendulum packer and zero radius arm technologies, efficient hydraulic and control systems, as well as a range of safe and reliable packing and handling designs.  

With this acquisition, Enviroquip says they will leverage their national and international presence to more fully develop growth and product placement opportunities in the North American refuse truck market.
