Michigan-based trailer manufacturer BENLEE has announced the acquisition of Dunright Trailer Manufacturing. Dunright, also based in Michigan, has been a manufacturer of roll-off trailers and roll-off trucks since 1976. The company was founded by Pete Chiaramonti and according to Benlee, has a reputation in the industry for building top quality equipment.
The new combined company will be known as BENLEE DUNRIGHT and will be located in Romulus, Michigan.
“Dunright has always been a very terrific competitor of ours and when the opportunity arose to acquire the company we jumped at it," said Greg Brown, owner of BENLEE. "Dunright has a very loyal customer following and we look forward to serving them.”
“With the addition of Dunright and its product lines we will be able to better serve the needs of our customers and it will allow us to continually improve our already great product line”, continued Brown. “BENLEE’s Roll off Truck Replacement Trailer, the Super Mini, is a key product that most DUNRIGHT customers could benefit by using. It is as short as a roll off truck, but is even more maneuverable and carries more weight than a roll off truck.
