The AGP-220 baling press is designed to efficiently turn light gauge steel and non-ferrous scrap into high-density bales. These units bring a loader, shear and baling press together into one compact package, turning eight-metre lengths into bales with very fast cycle times.
Output includes 10 tonnes per hour light gauge steel and three tonnes per hour aluminum. Compact bales will not fall apart, are easily handled and stacked, and an efficient loading hopper can be loaded at any time and accessed from both sides.
The AGP-220’s design features include programmable automatic lubrication as well as hydraulic pressure, oil temperature, hydraulic oil levels and filter alarms, and corrugated surfaces on the side loader prevent material sticking.
