5066 track-mounted HSI crusher

Inertia Machine Corporation has introduced its new 5066 Tracker Primary HSI crusher, a mobile track-mounted model engineered to deliver higher capacities (up to 700 tph) at lower costs per ton, while also offering unique trailer-free transport.

The 5066 Tracker features a 14-cubic-yard non-heaping hopper and is built with a massive 60-inch by 18-foot variable-speed drive vibrating grizzly feeder. The feeder is combined with a large 42-inch by 64-inch feed opening on the Inertia HS Impactor, which allows for handling of oversized material and prevents bridging.

These units are excellent in aggregate or concrete and asphalt recycling, and a 42-inch by 38-foot discharge conveyor with motorized head pulley is rated at up to 1,500 tph. The Inertia 5066 Tracker is also complete with its own removable axle for easy, cost-effective transport. No trailers or multiple truck loads are required and there is no need to remove any components before transport.

Additionally, two adjustable aprons on these units allow higher reduction ratios, a more cubical product and minimal fines. And the aprons are reversible and interchangeable. Also included are a large open-style ribbed rotor and a four-bar rotor. Units are powered by a John Deere 400-hp Tier III diesel engine and a 125kW generator, and operate via a self-contained and belt-driven power source.
