Metso teams up with ILG for noise abatement system

Metso announced recently that it has teamed up with ILG, the industrial sound abatement system manufacturer. ILG has been pursuing the development and manufacture of modern noise reduction products for over 25 years. The company specializes in custom-design to encapsulate and reduce the noise for a wide range of systems – from shredding plants, shears and presses, as well as scrap processing facilities. ILG also offers a variety of sorting and control cabins as well as sound absorbing wall systems. “Thanks to the reliability of their products, we can offer our customers maximum noise reduction, stability and durability of our noise protection systems,” said Tim Conway, Metso Recycling NAM vice president of sales and marketing.
