C&D recycling systems
These construction and demolition waste recycling systems are designed for value, efficiency, and productivity. Four standard systems are available, including the CD-L, CD-XL, CD-XXL and CD-Max models.
Ideal for recyclers getting started in construction and demolition recycling, the model CD-L handles 150 yards per hour, while the CD-XL handles up to 250 yards per hour. These systems include primary sorting with a single pick line for low to medium tonnages, and are easily expandable with additional sorting modules and pick lines.
Systems also include a finger-screen for loading and primary sorting of material, an apron conveyor for elevating product to the pick station, and a pick platform for manual sorting of materials into bins or bunkers. Options include a secondary classifier for separation of lights and heavies, pick station enclosures for outdoor installations, and portable designs are also available.
Designed for higher tonnage, the CD-XXL and CD-Max are built to handle up to 450 yards per hour, and 750 yards per hour or more, respectively. These systems are designed for high-efficiency recovery of material, and include primary and secondary screening, metals separation, air classification, and primary and secondary pick lines.
Standard features include: apron conveyors, finger-screens, eddy current magnets, secondary screens, heavy-duty pick-belts, and General Kinematics’ De-Stoner Air Classifier system for separation of heavies from lights on a secondary line.
Options for the CD-XXL and CD-Max systems include secondary screens (trommel, high energy vibratory screen, or star screen), pass-through or end wall bunker systems and dust suppression. Custom systems are available.
